A complex of five distinct building phases which include two grade I listed buildings and three grade II listed, including the magnificent C19 “Scott Wing” by Sir George Gilbert Scott. The hall has been the Newark and Sherwood District Council offices since 1972. The project was to carry out a phased major repairs programme to ensure the building’s future. This involved a full condition survey and extensive repairs contract.
