The regeneration of a Grade II listed Victorian park, situated in an ethnically rich area of Birmingham. Along with extensive landscape works the project included the Leisure Centre extension. It is a robust and bold extension, that brings a clear identity to the main entrance and provides an improved reception area, security and access facilities.
