As part of a larger scheme to regenerate Little Kelham, the heartland of Sheffield's industrial heritage, we worked with award winning developers Citu, to regenerate the redundant and dilapidated Eagle Works. The adapted building forms part a sustainable community with over 100 houses, community arts spaces, creative workshops and local shops.

We are proud of our local industrial heritage in Sheffield and proud to be part of this exciting regeneration project that seeks to incorporate this in a sustainable re-envisioned future for the area.
